<p>T﻿his free public event is sponsored by the Southern Saskatchewan Community Foundation and aims to create knowledge networks and multi-disciplinary networking opportunities for all those involved in end of life care.  From care givers to health care professional roles, all are welcome to drop in and join us as you can. </p>
