I am Patricia Keith, Ph. D., and I am a licensed Psychotherapist, Family Counsellor and Director of Counselling at Break Free Family Centre. Break Free Family Centre is a non for profit counselling organization. Patricia Keith, Ph.D., works alongside various community services to help her clients move onto various positive accomplishments and changes in their lives. Break Free Family Centre is an outstanding service that has had a huge impact on  clients across the City of Toronto. Centennial Park

Break Free Family Centre offers culturally reflective counselling services for youth and families. Counselling is provided from a trauma-informed, culturally relevant perspective to address the needs of the community.We work in partnership with the community, schools, health and social service providers, churches, area police, and the judicial system in reaching out to the sick, the disenfranchised, and the disadvantaged to provide them with the tools required to make them productive members of society.T﻿his is a free community event, aimed to raise funding and awareness for people who struggle with Depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. We will be having lots of your favourite summer picnic foods, and playing lots of Exiting games with many gifts and prizes to be won!
