Forest Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

Stephanie is a certified sound healer with a passion for helping others achieve balance and well-being. After transforming her own life through sound healing, she now offers group meditation events, private sessions, corporate wellness workshops, and a Sound Practitioner Certification course. With a personal, down-to-earth approach, Stephanie creates a welcoming space for healing and relaxation, guiding each participant toward greater mental and emotional well-being.

Hollow Tree - Stanley Park

Join me and Silent Discos for an unforgettable evening at Hollow Tree in beautiful Stanley Park. This experience will combine nature, sound healing and silent sound system headsets to give you a unique and powerful meditative adventure!We will begin by setting our intentions followed by some light breathing exercises and a guided body relaxation technique. You will be taken on a journey through Sound with a combination of instruments including crystal sound bowls and chimes accompanied by a relaxing guided meditation to lull you into deep relaxation.With a combination of healing frequencies and binaural beats you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body. Some benefits of Sound Baths include:- Deepened states of relaxation- Improved sleep- Heightened energy and focus- Memory improvement- Deepened states of relaxation- Improvement and balancing of mood- Lowers stress and anxiety- Feelings of overwhelming wellbeing**Please come dressed comfortably and bring your yoga mat. An eye pillow or eye mask for some added darkness is also recommended but not required. You may also bring any blankets, pillows or bolsters for added comfort if you’d like.**
