We host several events for our students, personal development opportunities for staff and faculty, and more!The Algonquin College Speaker Series Series at the Pembroke Waterfront Campus has been attracting some of Canada’s most interesting speakers for more than 25 years. This series is funded in part by the Government of Canada’s new Horizons for Seniors program.

I﻿t&#x27;s not too late to apply for Fall 2023!Why Prospective Students Should AttendChoosing the right place to study is one of the most important decisions a college bound student can make. Finding a college that is welcoming, supportive and has great facilities can help a student feel at home in their academic studies while also providing them with an exceptional life experience. What to ExpectYour campus tour guide will be one of our student recruiters. They will walk you through our campus, showing you many areas including specialized labs, recreational and fitness facilities, student services, academic study spaces and much more. The tour will take about an hour and will be followed by a formal presentation by one of our student services staff. The presentation will provide you with an opportunity to learn about our campus, our services and what it’s like to be a student at the Waterfront Campus.Schedule <ul><li>Campus Tour 10 am-11 am</li><li>Formal Presentation in Classroom 11am-12pm </li></ul>M﻿ore about the Pembroke Waterfront CampusThe Pembroke Waterfront Campus is situated in the city’s downtown along the shores of the Ottawa River, one of Canada’s historical waterways. The campus opened in 2012 and features a beautiful setting along one of Canada’s most picturesque rivers. Inside, you will find 16 classrooms, 9 specialized learning labs, a gymnasium and rock climbing wall, a fitness centre, a waterfront facing library, student Commons and much more. To truly experience all that the campus has to offer, taking a personalized on campus tour is the best way to confirm that you are making the right choice in choosing the Pembroke Waterfront Campus as your post-secondary school destination.
