What should I bring with me?

To fully enjoy and participate in the workshop, we suggest bringing the following items with you: a cushion to sit on; a blanket; a journal; a pen; and a yoga mat. These items will help you create a comfortable and intentional space for your journey of healing and connection.

Is there an age restriction for participants?

Yes, we ask that all participants are 16 years or older.

Is there accessible parking?

Yes, we have specially reserved spots for those that require accessible parking closer to the barn. You will be able to let us know if you need accessible parking when purchasing your ticket.

Are there washrooms?

Yes! There is an outdoor restroom and sink to wash your hands.

What refreshments will be provided?

The menu is ever-changing to ensure we're using as many fresh ingredients from the farm as possible. You can expect items like fresh lavender tea, cucumber & lemon water, gluten-free lavender-lemon shortbread, fresh local fruits, hearty salads, vegetables & hummus, and a variety of munchies!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions in our menu. We make sure to get this information from you when you're purchasing your ticket so we can make sure we have an inclusive menu for all participants.

Question 7

Will the event happen in inclement weather?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the event is rain or shine. In the case of rain, all sessions will be moved into the barn.

Can I refund my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the event or no-shows. Should you like to request a refund, please email harmonywithinpmts@gmail.com
