Introduction - Beyond Residential Series
Wealth Development Network (Victoria, BC) is hosting a powerful new series of real estate investing sessions, and workshops in 2023. It was great to see everyone at our last few events, we had a great turnout again and the new venue was excellent for the group.

The meetups provide educational and networking opportunities for investors who already have, or are interested in adding commercial real estate to their portfolio.

Participants are encouraged to already own one or more residential or commercial properties, or be an accredited investor. Existing skills, education, or experience with real-estate and business concepts is recommended.

This event is a Real Estate networking only event with no presentation planned. However, there will be an introduction to Wealth Development Network and a summary of past projects completed as well as future real estate plans. Feel free to show up anytime between 5:30 to 7:30.

We’ll also discuss the Wealth Development Investor’s Action Group where we partner with a select group of members interested in doing an investment or development project together.

This is a free event with no ticket purchase required. Appetizers and drinks will be available for you to purchase if you choose.

Trent Praski
As the Managing Director of Urban Edge Developments, Trent Praski has taken the lead role in over 15 projects over the past 12 years. Besides townhouse development, these projects included new single family homes, condominium conversions and land redevelopment throughout Western Canada. Trent completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2001 with emphasis on Marketing and International Business.
