Teen Studio Classes for ages 14 to 18

Teen Studio  aims to give young artists ages 14-18 an opportunity to expand their knowledge of art making techniques with the mediums of clay and glass.

Workshops are open to everyone age 14-18.

<h2>Community Canvas Event</h2><p>Come Join SAIL and the Canadian Clay and Glass in a Community Canvas Event on July 29th from 12 to 4pm! Together we make a collaborative work of art that is free of charge. </p><p>Explore your artistic intuitions by painting on the canvas or follow the lines design drawn on the surface. Community Canvas Events bring together people from all ages to fill in the blank gaps and bring colour to the masses. The canvas will be set up with all the materials needed! </p><h2>A﻿bout S.A.I.L.</h2><p>S.A.I.L. is a community outreach program traveling around Waterloo Region this summer in a vintage Airstream trailer to deliver pop-up art labs to children, youth, and families, in addition to facilitating events on campus. The Kitchener-Waterloo community learns valuable creative skills while working with UW students and professional artists to create art. This flexible program functions as a stand-alone at community spaces, or as an enhancement to existing arts programs at participating organizations. </p><h3>This free art-making event coincides with the opening reception for the <a href="https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/672484708867/?aff=oddtdtcreator" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Youth Guild Juried Show</a>.</h3>
