Understanding Disability in the Transitioning YearsA workshop that provides an overview of supports available to youth who are transitioning to adulthood.This workshop is for caregivers and professionals who are supporting a young person who is transitioning to adulthood to think about their future in the community and access the right support.Understanding Disability: Community ResourcesA workshop that explores community and government resources for adults with disabilities.This workshop is for caregivers and professionals who are supporting an adult with a disability to ensure the proper supports are accessed for them to live a good life.
