What hotel accommodations do you recommend?

Accepted Answer

There is a block of hotel rooms reserved under the name "Canada Organic Trade Association" at a negotiated rate of $219 per night at the Lord Elgin Hotel, located at 100 Elgin Street, where the conference is taking place for your convenience. Rooms must be reserved by October 20th to take advantage

I have dietary restrictions or needs.

Please fill in the dietary form when you are registering so we have noted your preferences or dietary needs.

Question 3

I want to attend the lobby day meetings on Tuesday, November 22nd.  How do I convey that?

Accepted Answer

When you register, you will be asked whether you will be staying for the lobby day meetings.  A separate survey will be sent out to those that indicate they would like to participate with more questions and details.  It is not a problem if you need to leave at a certain time in the day.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

There is parking available at the Lord Elgin Hotel, or across the street at the National Arts Center underground parking.
