Founded in 2006, ArtReach is a community-based arts organization that provides grants, workshops, mentorship, and resources to artists and cultural leaders aged 13-29 from equity-deserving populations in Toronto.

Interested in building a healthier working team? Want to learn and discuss how to better communicate, understand responsibilities, and respect boundaries, especially in a post-COVID-19, grassroots environment? Join us on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 PM on Zoom for a conversation on building a healthy team dynamic. In this 2-hour, virtual workshop, we’ll discuss communication, responsibilities, leadership, organization, and accessibility to keep our teams healthy, supportive, and fun. This is a FREE event, and is open to all artists and arts workers 13-29 interested in discussion and tools to create healthier working teams. Our community organization comprises a grassroots artist collective (Flaunt It Movement), a social enterprise (Flaunt It Collection), and a creative co-working studio (Flaunt It Studio) that celebrates women and non-binary peoples&#x27; endeavours. The three entities coincide as a platform to empower marginalized 2SLGBTQ+ BIPOC/women to become self-actualized artists, activists and entrepreneurs, as we primarily serve marginalized communities in Northwest Toronto.
