Domagoj Ivanovic and Noel McRobbie kick off our 2023/24 concert season with a performance including works by Szymanowski, Wienia, and Grieg

Vancouver freelance violinist and chair of the violin department of the Vancouver Academy of Music, Domagoj Ivanovic will be joined by prize winning pianist Noel McRobbie to perform a concert with works in a romantic style by Polish composers Szymanowski and Wieniawski. The duo will also present the Grieg violin Sonata in c minor, one of the pinnacle pieces in the violin and piano repertoire.The concert will open with an informal conversation between LCMS’ Artistic Director Elizabeth Bergmann and the artists, followed by complimentary coffee, tea and refreshments before the performance.
