Stephanie is a certified sound healer with a passion for helping others achieve balance and well-being. After transforming her own life through sound healing, she now offers group meditation events, private sessions, corporate wellness workshops, and a Sound Practitioner Certification course. With a personal, down-to-earth approach, Stephanie creates a welcoming space for healing and relaxation, guiding each participant toward greater mental and emotional well-being.

Allow healing vibrations of sound and cleansing Reiki to guide you into deepened states of relaxation and heightened awareness.New Moons are all about planting our seeds and focusing on how to properly water these seeds to grow and flourish. This Leo new moon is all about self expression and communication.We will begin with setting our intentions and some journal reflection as we discuss how to harness the energies of this new moon, followed by light breathing exercises to calm the mind and body. You will be taken on a journey of sound by Kasia accompanied by nourishing hands on Reiki offered by Stephanie. With a combination of healing frequencies and sacred ambiance, you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body. These frequencies have the ability to relax and recalibrate the entire nervous system. Note: You will be greeted downstairs and brought up to the 5th floor.**What to bring:Please come dressed comfortably, and bring with you your yoga mat and pillow/bolsters. An eye pillow or eye mask is recommended but not required.
