J﻿oin us for this special event with Olympian Krista Duchene where she&#x27;ll speak about balancing an active lifestyle with family and career goals. Incorporating her personal experiences from recreational runner to the Olympics to coaching and training, she&#x27;ll talk about the importance of an active lifestyle and how to juggle it all. She began running to stay fit and have fun, and gradually progressed from a recreational to an elite level runner. In 2016, she competed in the Rio Olympic Games after becoming the first Canadian in 20 years to qualify for the Olympics in the Women’s Marathon.
