Creative Sundays are a series of free, creative workshops, led by local artists. Each workshop encourages exploration, connection and collaboration. They are meant to help develop your your creative ideas in a playful and imaginative way. Open to all levels, all you have to bring is an open mind and a willingness to experiment. They are a wonderful chance to be creatively inspired, discover new processes and be in community with other artists.Sunday November 261:00PM - 4:00 PM Introduction to Collage from Jennifer LoveFor most of her life, collage has been Jennifer’s fundamental art process. In this afternoon workshop, you will learn her current basic methods, using an assortment of paper ephemera (handprinted papers, music scores, dictionary pages, magazine text, etc), to compose simple abstract collages.You will complete the workshop with several one-of-a kind mini artworks (which can be mounted on cards or framed), and lots of ideas for larger collages.All supplies will be provided but you may choose to include some of your own papers.<ul><li>Max 12 students</li><li>The cost to attend the workshop is free for members ($25/non) </li><li>This is a free workshop with pre-registration, no-show or late cancellations will be charged a $50 fee. Please cancel before Friday November 24th at 4PM. Cancelling after this time will result in being charged.</li></ul>
