Stephanie is a certified sound healer with a passion for helping others achieve balance and well-being. After transforming her own life through sound healing, she now offers group meditation events, private sessions, corporate wellness workshops, and a Sound Practitioner Certification course. With a personal, down-to-earth approach, Stephanie creates a welcoming space for healing and relaxation, guiding each participant toward greater mental and emotional well-being.

Allow the vibrations of the crystal bowls to guide you into deepened states of relaxation and meditation.When we show up as our authentic selves, expressing ourselves however we want, do those things that make us feel happy, align with people and practices that make our hearts glow and our belly’s flutter, it raises our vibration, in doing so helping to bring our minds, bodies and spirits to a place where we flourish and ultimately feel and function at our best.We will begin with setting our intentions followed by light breathing exercises to calm the mind and body. You will be guided through a short body relaxation followed by a guided meditation to get you in touch with your own individual authenticity to help lay the framework for success and purpose filled expression.With a combination of healing frequencies and sacred ambiance, you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body. These frequencies have the ability to relax and recalibrate the entire nervous system. Some benefits of Sound Baths include:- Deepened states of relaxation- Improved sleep- Heightened energy and focus- Memory improvement- Balancing of mood- Lowering of stress and anxiety- Feelings of overwhelming wellbeingWhat you will need for class:- A laptop or smart phone to watch the stream- A comfortable place to lay down- Comfortable clothing to wear- Headphones or AirPods to tune in- An eye pillow or eye mask (recommended but not required)- Pillows, blankets or bolsters (recommended but not required)- Anything you’d like to set your sacred space ie; candles, crystals, aromatherapy, tea, etc
