Supporting teens can be tumultuous on a good day, and then you add on today’s challenges and it can turn into a tornado. Let’s talk about it

Each session we will be discussing a hot topic on todays teen’s mental health and wellness with the goal of understanding, learning, accepting, and supporting the teens in our community.
