High Prairie Regional Tour: Physicians' lunch

The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) is the regulator for all physicians and surgeons in the province and is governed by theHealth Professions Act. Our role is to protect the public by issuing practice permits to those who meet educational and training criteria, hold Alberta physicians to ethical and medical practice standards, and investigate and resolve physician-related complaints. CPSA also ensures the safety and quality of medical and diagnostic testing services in Alberta through an independent accreditation program.

As part of CPSA's <A HREF="http://www.cpsa.ca/about/regional-tour/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Regional Tour</A> initiative, we're visiting High Prairie to hear from you: physicians who live and work in the community and surrounding locales.
Join <A HREF="http://www.cpsa.ca/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CPSA</A> and <A HREF="https://rhpap.ca/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rural Health Professions Action Plan</A> (RhPAP) for lunch and a dynamic discussion about challenges you face in providing good front-line care to patients and other issues affecting health care delivery in your region. 
This meeting does not have a predetermined agenda—the conversation is driven by you and the issues that you wish to discuss. Agenda items can be submitted in advance and will also be taken from the floor.
We're here to listen—we invite you to come and be heard.
Light lunch will be provided. The discussion will begin at 11:30 a.m. Please feel welcome to arrive a few minutes early to get your lunch and settle in.
