Each year, September 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.The day honours the children who never returned home and Survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities. Recognition of the tragic history and ongoing impacts of residential schools is a vital component of the reconciliation process.In recognition of the day, please join President Brulé in Nawapon at the Ottawa Campus on Friday, September 29th from 9:15am-9:50am to listen and learn Indigenous story-telling with community Knowledge Keeper and Indigenous Rights Advisor, Michael Desautels. Open to all Algonquin College employees.
