For Lovers: Short yoga & tango classes for couples

Short tango and/or yoga classes for couples. In person in the Comox Valley and online (Yoga for Lovers classes only).

What is "Tantra + Tango for Couples?"In this interactive event, Fabiola Perez and Rev. Hans Peter Meyer combine the ancient arts of Kundalini Yoga and Tantra with the intimate and improvised dance of Argentine tango. They will guide you through spiritual and movement practices that will enhance your capacity for connection, for intimacy, and for communication between yourself and the one you love. This workshop is designed for couples with a desire for more in their relationships. No experience with Tantra, Kundalini Yoga, or Argentine tango is required. If you already have experience in any of these modalities, note that Fabioloa and Hans will help you go even deeper, and help you to share this depth with your partner.What to expect:Participants can expect to explore the principles of Tantra, focusing on building trust, mindfulness, and deepening emotional and physical bonds. Then, with bodies tuned to better experience yourselves and each other, you will be led through a tango session to bring this new sensitivity into co-creative play. It is through play —whether it’s in dance or other forms— that we ignite the spark of intimacy and expression and make it a living thing between partners. This event offers a safe and supportive environment for couples to explore their relationships on a deeper level, fostering a stronger and more meaningful connection.No dance or Tantra experience necessary. Hans is also a certified yoga teacher and coach for men and couples in the Yoga of Authentic Relationships. Hans is also a teacher and practitioner of Argentine tango since he visited Buenos Aires with a broken heart in 2007. He is currently offering weekly Yoga/Tango for Lovers classes on Vancouver Island and will be the yoga teacher at the annual TangoMayaFest this November.Rev.
