<h3>I have a big share that is very vulnerable for me. So here goes.  </h3><p>It's been an extremely brutal time frame for my body over the past 3 years. Moments of head fogginess/forgetfulness, bloating and daily waves of digestive pain, the constant fluctuations of my energy from high to low, and most of all the excess weight that refuses to be released no matter which diets or intermittent fasting I do, or the number of supplements and hormone medication I take as blood work reveals. </p><h3>I continue to have confusion and struggle over what to eat.</h3><p>I find our current food whether organic or locally farmed does not have the nourishment and deliciousness I remember as a child. It feels like I am eating for the sake of what I remember and not for the taste. </p><p>The feelings of unease and uncomfortableness in my skin frustrate my clothing decisions. Giving me a sense of stuckness and unable to move, with dips into shallow states of depression, and feelings of overwhelm. I am absolutely worried about my health as I am diagnosed as borderline diabetic with high blood pressure.</p><p>I am also super aware that I am emotionally eating for a quick fix of comfort and to soothe my tears of sadness, frustration, and helplessness. Every day, I pull up my big girl pants and push forward with bursts of positive energy, so no one can see what is happening in the background.</p><h3>Sharing this with you is a pretty huge step for me and very emotional. </h3><p>I am upset, angry, and disappointed with Western medicine and its so-called, care system with its practitioners who advise me that this is the way it is as you get older, and we will have to prescribe a lifetime of pills for you. I call this the biggest scam towards humanity. To keep us hooked on big pharma in a depressed state of disarray.  This is what I call, smoke screening, disguised as a supposed good thing. How do these people sleep at night, I wonder. </p><h3>Fast track to now, specifically 2 weeks ago. </h3><p>I found a local Holistic Nutritionist &amp; Regenerative Health Practitioner named Julie, who understands my struggles, pain, fears, and tears. Julie shared with me the past struggle and pain with Hashimoto’s and Hypothyroidism (hormonal slow metabolism) and how a new approach allowed her to remember how to reclaim a healthy body and her vibrant life back! </p><h3>After hearing the story, I said, I want this too! Let’s start.</h3><p>And so, we begin.
