This event promises to be a wonderful opportunity for residents, businesses, and neighbours to come together, have a fantastic time, and support our vibrant community.<h2>W﻿hy Are We Fundraising? </h2><ul><li>T﻿he Junction Residents Association is volunteer led.</li><li>A﻿ll proceeds support the operation of the association and delivery of community events and initiatives at no cost to participants.</li><li>E﻿vents include: <a href="https://www.torontojra.com/jracommunityfunday" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Community Fun Day</a>, <a href="https://www.torontojra.com/halloweenhowl" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Halloween Howl</a>, Movies By Moonlight and Joy in the Junction.</li><li>I﻿nitiatives include: <a href="https://www.torontojra.com/development" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Design Your Main Street</a></li></ul>Please purchase your tickets either: online, using Eventbrite, or avoid platform fees by paying $95 per ticket, using e-transfer to junctionra@gmail.com, with Function in the Junction tickets noted. Please email the JRA at junctionra@gmail.com once you make the e-transfer for confirmation. Your ticket includes entertainment, food and a complimentary drink. Get ready for a side-splitting night of comedy as Herb Irving and Al Val take the stage together in a rib-tickling comedy show. With their unique backgrounds and comedic styles, this dynamic duo is set to deliver an unforgettable evening of laughter. Herb Irving, a seasoned professional comedian, brings a wealth of experience to the stage. Having toured across Canada and performed internationally in countries like Japan, the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and the U.K., Herb's comedy is a hilarious reflection of his worldly travels. His fun-loving and relatable style resonates with audiences of all backgrounds, making him a favourite at venues like Absolute Comedy. Al Val, the multi-talented comedian, musician, and actress hailing from Toronto, adds a unique flavour to the show with her honest, insightful, and often silly take on her transgender journey. Her humour has turned heads across North America and earned her spots at prestigious festivals such as Just For Laughs, JFL Toronto.

Join us for a musical journey like no other as we kick off the evening with an incredible band opener featuring two phenomenal talents: Brian Vegas and Mohit Bhatnagar. While Brian is known for his volunteer work, tonight, he's here to share the spotlight with his friend Mohit. Together, they're set to deliver a performance that includes your favourite covers throughout time, even if they won't be performing under their usual band name, Zzen, this time around!

Grey Swans is the dreamy indie-folk side project of Toronto musicians Katey Morley, Steve York and Talia Schlanger. Starting as a leisurely pursuit during the darkest months of the pandemic, the trio creates magic on stage, with their lush harmonies and their thoughtfully curated selection of covers and originals.
