Once you've begun applying to adult services, you may find yourself getting stuck on a question in an application. Or maybe you'd like more ideas to apply for support? This Pop-Up can be a brief check-in with a Holland Bloorview Transitions Staff to answer any on-going questions you may have. Consent will be during the meeting.
