Social Programs for YouthAre you interested in hanging out with other youth and getting to know what social programs exist in your community? To express yourself and engage in positive youth development?Who? Holland Bloorview youth with disabilities between the ages of 12-25, who are are looking for social opportunities that align with their goals and interests.What? An in-person Transition Pop-Up event. An informal evening session empowered by like-minded youth and Holland Bloorview&#x27;s community partners! Join us for social programming developed around your interests and goals. Meet other youth and sign up for future social programming. Where? The Grocery Foundation Resource Centre, on the first floor of Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation HospitalWhen? Monday October 24th, 2023 from 6:00pm - 8:00pmWhy? You&#x27;ll have an opportunity to meet other youth from Yorktown Family Services and Holland Bloorview!
