Holland Bloorview youth 14 years and older and their families.What? <ul><li>Connect with Holland Bloorview Transitions Staff to answer specific questions you may have while you're currently applying to adult programs and services. </li><li>Learn more about other adult supports related to your application, or new ideas to explore. </li><li>Receive 1:1 coaching from staff and/or healthcare students to explore what resources will best support your goals.</li><li>Sign up for other resources and/or supports.</li></ul>Where? Virtually through Zoom Healthcare When? Friday November 10th 2023 from 1:00-2:00pmWhy? Once you've begun applying to adult services, you may find yourself getting stuck on a question in an application. Or maybe you'd like more ideas to apply for support? This Pop-Up can be a brief check-in with a Holland Bloorview Transitions Staff to answer any on-going questions you may have. Consent will be during the meeting.
