The following is the anticipated break out of the three age divisions:<ul><li>Mites (Birth Year 2014-2016 )</li><li>PeeWee (Birth Year 2011-2013)</li><li>Senior (Birth Year June 30, 2006 - 2010)</li></ul>PLAY BALL!Leaside Area Girls Softball League<a href="https://forms.office.com/r/BCuvHDShL8" title="https://forms.office.com/r/BCuvHDShL8" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">REGISTRATION FORM for the 2024 season.</a>-----------------------------------------------------------------------Registration fee is $275.00 per player.Register in the Ticket Information field above. Age GroupsThe following is the anticipated break out of the three age divisions:<ul><li>Mites (Birth Year 2014-2016)</li><li>PeeWee (Birth Year 2011-2013)</li><li>Senior (Birth Year June 30, 2006-2010)</li></ul>Sorry, all players must be 19 years old or less.Please ensure you select the correct age group when registering.Locations and TimesMites<ul><li>Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 6:00 – 8:30 pm</li><li>Saturday mornings 10:00 am - 12:30 pm</li><li>Usually 1, up to 2 games per week at Bessborough</li></ul>PeeWee<ul><li>A mix of Monday thru Saturday evenings 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (and Sunday mornings 10-12:00pm)</li><li>Some late games 8:15 pm - 10:00 pm possible, but we try to avoid late games for PeeWee age.</li><li>Usually 1-3 games per week at Leaside (or possibly Wigmore) Park</li></ul>Senior<ul><li>A mix of Monday thru Saturday evenings 8:15 pm - 10:00 pm (and Sunday noon to 2pm)</li><li>Some early games 6:00pm - 8:00 pm possible</li><li>Usually 1-3 games per week at Leaside Park</li></ul>Dates<ul><li>The league will run from approximately May 1st thru late June.</li></ul>Coaching and Support<ul><li>Many hands make light work!</li><li>Volunteers are needed for coaching and other activities. If you are able to volunteer as Coach or Asst. Coach, please let us know on the registration form.</li></ul>Equipment<ul><li>The league will supply all jerseys and equipment, except for gloves and shoes.</li><li>Mouthguards are recommended and are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.</li><li>Additional equipment related to health and safety measures may be requested (for example - mandatory batting gloves)</li></ul>QuestionsQuestions can be directed to brett@leasidegirlssoftball.ca
