Vote at the Official District Council Meeting on Sunday, September 24, 2023

Please register and join us to vote at the official District Council Meeting on Sunday, September 24, 2023. This meeting has the crucial purpose of receiving the District Council’s approval for the budget and to decide how many and which contests we will be holding this Toastmaster’s year, as well as if we will be holding online, hybrid or in-person contests. Since the meeting is online, all members with voting rights must attend the meeting to vote.Proxies are not permitted.Each District Council member must cast their vote. District Executive Committee members are entitled to one vote and may cast up to two additional votes as a Club President or Vice President of Education. All other members of the District Council shall be limited to a maximum of two votes.You must register in advance in order to help the District meet the quorum.Please note that proxies are not allowed at the virtual meeting. The vote on the Annual Budget and the upcoming contest season will occur online vote during the meeting.Please register in advance for this District Council Meeting.The agenda, proposed budget, and proposals will be sent out two weeks before the District Council meeting.THANK YOU for all your hard work and efforts as a member of the District Council for District 96!
