Welcome to our Ask Me Anything (AMA) session! The Ocean Allies AMA series is a safe space for conversations and asking anonymous questions centred around diversity, equity, inclusion &amp; accessibility (DEI&amp;A) in Canada’s ocean sector. It's also an opportunity to unite and share DEI&amp;A experiences and lessons learned with our ocean community. What we'll do: The first half of the session will begin with a presentation by Kyryn on DEI&amp;A resources, best practices and suggestions for yourself and your organization. The presentation will be followed by an open and anonymous question and discussion period where you can ask your most challenging DEI&amp;A-related questions. The session will wrap up with recommended resources to continue to learn more about DEI&amp;A best practices.
