<p>Le vieillissement de la population et l'augmentation du nombre de personnes âgées en son sein sont le résultat d'éléments tout à fait positifs : nous vivons plus longtemps, nous sommes en meilleure santé et nous avons la chance de vivre dans la paix et dans une relative abondance. C'est pourquoi nous avons vieilli en tant que population. La question suivante est de savoir comment gérer cette situation. Mon exposé présentera également les résultats de recherches menées dans deux pays, la République tchèque et l'Espagne, dans le cadre d'un projet international en 2021-2023.</p><p>The aging of the population and the increase in the number of older adults in it is the result of entirely positive things - we live longer, are healthier, and are lucky enough to live in peace and relative abundance. Because of this, we have aged as a population. The next question is how do we manage it? My talk is also going to include the results of research conducted in two countries, the Czech Republic and Spain, as a part of an international project in 2021-2023.</p>
