B﻿renda MacIntyre of Medicine Song Woman Creations facilitates inclusive virtual gatherings for COVID-conscious women, 2-Spirit and genderqueer people. Her virtual retreats and circles help COVID-conscious people to experience connection, mindfulness practices and community. All circles include live healing music, mindfulness practices and inclusive spiritual teachings. These events offer a respite from cognitive dissonance and some relief from grief, trauma, loneliness, isolation and chronic pain.

<h2>RE-AWAKEN 2024 - Spring Equinox Virtual Retreat for Covid-Conscious Women</h2>In 2009 the song “We Are Re-awakening” came to me and now here we are.We have been re-awakening for a long time as individuals and a collective and I know if you’re reading this, you already get that.It’s why things are falling apart all over the world.I had a vision many years ago of women rising up out of a mist over top of the old colonial systems that had fallen down and I was told we were “coming up underneath it all.”That time is almost here but we have inner and outer work to do to actually get there with our mental health intact, so that the next 7 generations can thrive on our Mother Earth.Are you with me?Spring Equinox and World Water Day are both coming up, so…Let’s gather together in a Re-Awakening Ceremony so we can:<ul><li>Tap into the spring energies of renewal and the flow of life.</li><li>Experience the healing power of Indigenous medicine songs.</li><li>Learn how to be in right relationship with and heal the Water within you and around you.</li><li>You will be in circle with like-hearted women (and feel free to invite your sisters!).</li><li>We will celebrate Spring Equinox through song and resilience embodiment practices.</li></ul><ul><li>We will connect our own inner waters and the waters in, of and above Mother Earth, so we can give the Water a message of love and care, while receiving the same for ourselves.</li></ul>Get your spot first and then go ahead and tell your covid-conscious sisters, mom, grandmas, aunties and non-binary loved ones. It will be an interactive Re-Awakening ceremony, with mindfulness teachings for mental health.A ll covid-conscious women - Indigenous and allies - are welcome.Brenda MacIntyre's virtual women's circles help women experiencing grief, trauma or chronic pain to feel lighter and feel some relief and a sense of sisterhood and belonging.Join us virtually on Wednesday March 20th, 2024 at 6pm EDT / 3pm PDT.

Brenda MacIntyre, also known by her Indigenous name Medicine Song Woman, is a JUNO-winning artist, healer and keynote speaker based in London Ontario. Nominated for the 2021 Ontario Arts Council Indigenous Arts Award, the mixed-blood Cree woman entrepreneur has appeared on CBC Radio &amp; TV, Global, CTV, CityNews, Breakfast Television and a front page headline in the Toronto Star.Brenda is a bit of a paradox. She is a covid-conscious Indigenous healer, intuitive and sci fi geek who follows the real science when it comes to infectious diseases, including Covid and Long Covid. She was adopted at birth, lost both her adoptive parents as a teenager and became disabled after losing her son to gun violence in 2016.For over 20 years, Brenda has used her goosebump-giving voice, hand drumming, and unique Medicine Song Healing Technique to help women to find their voice and connect to Spirit. Through her signature Picking Up the Pieces 13 Moon Program, Brenda teaches women mindfulness embodiment practices for mental health.
