Helen has been teaching yoga since 2013 and loves create a warm and welcoming environment for all of her students. Having first found yoga at a difficult time in her life, Helen quickly realized that the benfits of this practice go far beyond the physical. She loves being a teacher and is so excited to share this beautiful practice with anyone who wants to pull up a mat.

This yoga class is all about being good to your body! Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, fat+happy yoga invites you to explore this beautiful practice in a way that supports and celebrates your body in this moment.I﻿n this online class, we will explore Yin Yoga for stretching while modifying for your own unique needs.Whether you identify as fat, full bodied, plus-sized or big bodied, please know that you deserve to find joy and freedom in movement and to feel good in your amazing body. Coming to a class that is designed specifically with you in mind is a great place to start!A﻿ll bodies and genders are welcome in this fat positive class!
