Confirmation Parent Information night is available at 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 7.00 PM on Oct 16, 17, 18 and 19.•	Maximum of 25 students to attend per hour. • Parent information night (in Parish Hall)• Please bring to this information night: • ﻿ Completed Confirmation Registration Form (Print the form from the link in ticket email and fill the form). • Copy of Baptism Certificate of the student • Copy of Baptism Certificate of the sponsor • Payment of $75.00 ($50.00 for registration &amp; $25 gown fee)• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your registered time slot.• Present a printed copy or display it on your mobile device to the usher. •	Please stay home if: you are not feeling well, you have been in contact with a COVID-19-positive individual, or if you have a compromised immune system.
