Nisreen is a Certified Hypnotist with specialized training in Past Life Regression and Advanced SP Hypnosis through which connection to the Superconscious is established for better and faster results. Nisreen is also a Reiki Master/Teacher with a dream to see a Reiki Practitioner in every household so that everyone can help themselves and their loved ones.Being a student of Psychology, Nisreen was always intrigued by the working of the subconscious mind, which led her to train as a Hypnotist. Hypnosis led her to meditations and that propelled her on a spiritual path. Circumstances brought her to experience energy healing when other avenues had not helped. Having a logical mind, she needed to understand how energy affects our body and how can it be used for healing purposes. Once she understood the science behind it, she trained to become a Reiki Master Teacher.In 2012 Nisreen started her own business called Holistic Life Solutions and finally left the corporate world to follow her passion. Nisreen feels it is important to bring awareness to these holistic wellness techniques which give back our bodies the ability to heal itself. She has been fortunate to be able to convey this message through various platforms such as published articles, talks on TV and at various events in the Greater Toronto Area, as well as on online summits. Online Free Live  Guided Meditation - Using the new moon energies to manifest your heart's desires.

Holistic Life Solutions, Oakville, ON, Canada

During this meditation we shall connect with our heart to manifest our desires using the new moon energies, in allignment with our soul's true wishes. We will be doing chakra cleansing and connecting with our guides and angels to help us in this process. This is an online live meditation. When you register, you will be emailed a Zoom link to join on the day of the event as well as sent reminders. Please watch out for those emails. If for any reason you are not able to join then it would be appreciated if you let me know via email. Please ensure that you will not be disturbed during this one hour session to get the best results and remember to keep yourself muted once the meditation starts. We will meditate for about 20 to 30 minutes, after which we may share and discuss the experience depending on the number of people present.  You may have your own meditative music playing in the background for you while you are muted as I will not be using any background music. Join the group, relax and enjoy the guided meditation. Help raise your vibration as well as of others around us.
