Since the year 2000, LUSH Valley has been working across the Comox Valley to help people gain local food systems skills, knowledge and access to healthy food. Raven's Moon Estate Winery & Cider Worx

Without our knowing it, there is often a wealth of medicine available to us at home in our kitchens!Discover the healing secrets of household culinary herbs and spices, and the healing powers of common foods, during this hands-on workshop with Community Herbalist Philippa Joly! As a group, we will discover the medicinal properties of our cooking ingredients at home, then make Four Thieves Vinegar, a medieval recipe to help keep us well through cold and flu season.Join us in the cozy, welcoming atmosphere of <a href="https://ravensmooncraftcider.ca" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Raven&#x27;s Moon Craft Cidery</a> for this community herbal experience. All materials and supplies are included in the cost of registration. Philippa Joly is a Registered Clinical/Community Herbalist with the American Herbalists Guild. She is also a Natural Health Practitioner, Bach Flower Consultant, and Naturalist. Philippa holds a wealth of knowledge about holistic nutrition and wellness.A limited number of bursaries are available for this workshop.
