A 5km and 8km run to Brydens on Bloor that ends with a pour off #freshglb lager!

Usually our run club starts and ends at the brewery but this week, in celebration of GLB Beer Week, the run will end at Bryden&#x27;s on Bloor. Don&#x27;t worry, every runner will still get a complimentary pour of Great Lakes Lager upon arrival. There will be two distances this week, 5km and 8km. The 8km run will start at Great Lakes Brewery at 6pm and the 5km run will start at Fairfield park in Etobicoke.Details: -﻿ 8km meet up point is at Great Lakes Brewery, we will take off at 6pm -﻿ 5km meet up point is at Fairfield Park in Etobicoke. We will meet the 5km runners there (by the stop sign, opposite Norseman Child Care Centre) We will all take off at 6:25pm -﻿ Full route can be viewed <a href="https://www.strava.com/clubs/1138935/group_events/1485823" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here.</a> P﻿lanning on driving?: -﻿ Park near Royal York station and run/take transit to meet at the brewery (8km point) or to Fairfield park (5km point)-﻿ Uber from Brydens after the event. Arrival at Bryden&#x27;s: - Bag drop will be available at Bryden&#x27;s from 5-6pm, let them know you&#x27;re with the GLB Run Club and they will store your belongings until we make it back to the pub.- For GLB Beer Week, there will be a tap feature including 14 taps of #freshglb, Buck-A-Shuck Oysters, and $7 pints all night!- Show your Eventbrite ticket to receive a complimentary pour of Lager. - If possible, bring cash to tip the bartenders. This is really nice of them to provide a space for us to finish our run. - T﻿here will be a raffle to win a GLB Run Club hat and GLB Beer 8-pack. Umana Health has generously offered a 60 minute massage, 60 minute Osteopathy, and three passes to join their fitness classes at their location in Etobicoke. The raffle will take place at 8pm!
