Stephanie is a certified sound healer with a passion for helping others achieve balance and well-being. After transforming her own life through sound healing, she now offers group meditation events, private sessions, corporate wellness workshops, and a Sound Practitioner Certification course. With a personal, down-to-earth approach, Stephanie creates a welcoming space for healing and relaxation, guiding each participant toward greater mental and emotional well-being.

Latecomers won't be able to join, so plan accordingly. Dress comfortably and don't forget to bring your yoga mat and pillow/bolsters, waterbottle, blanket and/or anything else to help get you as comfortable as possible.
