After transforming her own life through sound healing, she now offers group meditation events, private sessions, corporate wellness workshops, and a Sound Practitioner Certification course. With a personal, down-to-earth approach, Stephanie creates a welcoming space for healing and relaxation, guiding each participant toward greater mental and emotional well-being.

You will be guided through a short body relaxation followed by a guided meditation to get you in touch with your own individual authenticity to help lay the framework for success and purpose filled expression.With a combination of healing frequencies and sacred ambiance, you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body. These frequencies have the ability to relax and recalibrate the entire nervous system.
