2 DAY SIMPLIFIED KUNDALINI YOGA &amp; MEDITATION FOUNDATION COURSEJoin us for a transformative experience at the 2 Day Simplified Kundalini Yoga &amp; Meditation Foundation Course. This in-person event will take place at 3320 Midland Ave. Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga and learn powerful meditation techniques.

O﻿ur Guru Shri Vethathiri Maharishi has formulated a complete non-sectarian Science of Living for the betterment of mankind. The system is called Simplified Kundalini Yoga (SKY) and comprises:<ul><li> Simplified Physical Exercises</li><li>Simplified Meditation Practices</li><li>Simplified Kaya Kalpa Yoga Practice</li><li>Introspection Practices</li><li>B﻿rahmagnanam - Understanding the Divine</li></ul>This beginners Foundation Course will introduce the aspirants to the first three components of the SKY system.

Open to all aspirants over the age of 12. Donations: $100 per person for the 2-day course to be paid at the event.Handbook and lunch/refreshments will be provided.
