At Round 2 of TLI/COT, International Director Dawn Frail, DTM, will deliver a keynote speech on how to identify dysfunctional aspects within Teams like Club Executive Committees and how to apply proven techniques for Clubs to apply toward reaching their highest potential.The entire event will be online only.Schedule08.30-09.00: Check-in, chat with colleagues09.00-10.00: Succeeding As A Team, presented by Dawn Frail, DTM10.00-10.15: Break10.15-11.45: Role-specific training (required for Distinguished Club Program credit).
