‘Grieving Through the Holidays’ Workshop: Ways to Honour and Navigate Grief through the Holiday Season (ONLINE)

<p>Are you wondering how to get through the holiday season after the loss of an important person in your life? Facilitated by a bereavement counsellor and bereavement volunteer, join us for this online workshop to discuss grief, and learn tips to help you cope with and navigate grief during the holidays. Along with other people who are grieving someone important in their life, participants will have an opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and learn about how to care for themselves as they grieve through this holiday season. </p><p></p>
