Stephanie is a certified sound healer with a passion for helping others achieve balance and well-being. After transforming her own life through sound healing, she now offers group meditation events, private sessions, corporate wellness workshops, and a Sound Practitioner Certification course. With a personal, down-to-earth approach, Stephanie creates a welcoming space for healing and relaxation, guiding each participant toward greater mental and emotional well-being.

The Chakra Balancing Sound Bath is focused on providing a journey of self-discovery and energetic alignment. This immersive experience is designed to harmonize and balance your body's energy centres, known as chakras, through the power of sound frequencies and healing vibrations. The event will last approximately 90 minutes and be followed by an optional sharing circle.Please register in advance with the email address you currently use as we send out updates the day of the session.The session is offered on a sliding scale with the recommended minimum of $25/person to cover costs.What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or cushion for seating, your journal, an open heart, and a willingness to explore your inner self. Stephanie found sound healing along her journey to finding true wellness and now makes it her mission to share the gift of sound and all its benefits with her clients. KASIA is a Sound Healing Practitioner, Shamanic Practitioner and Electronic Music Producer. By merging her musical background with sound healing principles, she aims to deliver unique and intuitive healing experiences. Her mission revolves around creating a spiritual community where holistic healing is accessible to everyone.
