I have plush 2 inch thick exercise mats for each individual to lay down on during the meditation/energy healing. Chairs are available if preferred. Feel free to bring a pillow and blanket if desired.

Yes! This event is a beautiful, gentle foray into the world of energetics and healing. Everything is fully explained and questions are welcomed.
