FAQERIC NAM 2020 NORTH AMERICAN TOURDate – March 6, 2020 | Venue – Vogue Theatre | Doors – 7:00pm | Showtime – 8:00pmRuntime: The estimated runtime of the show is about 2 hrs 15 mins (the show will end at
 
approximately 10:15pm). The VIP meet &amp; greet and photo will end approximately 1 hour after
 the end of the show.
Admission Lines: There will be 2 separate lines – one for VIP, one for General Admission.
 These lines will be managed by event staff starting approximately 1 hour before doors open. If you choose to line up prior to this time, please be mindful of other businesses along the block.
VIP Admission: VIP ticket holders will be given special colored wristbands while in line.
 Please keep your ticket and wristband on you at all times. DO NOT REMOVE YOUR
 WRISTBAND, as they are neither replaceable nor exchangeable. Your wristbands will be required for you to gain access to the Meet &amp; Greet Photo Session – no exceptions.

Please have proof of VIP ticketing readily available. VIP ticket holders will be allowed to
 enter the venue 30 minutes before General Admission. Additionally, they will receive
 first access to purchase merchandise.
General Admission: GA ticket holders will be let into the venue immediately after VIP
 ticket holders have had a chance to enter.
Merchandise: There will be merchandise for sale inside the venue, available on a first come, first serve basis. Accepted methods of payment will be credit card or cash.
Cameras / Videos: Per venue policy, professional cameras (any camera with a removal lens) and video equipment are NOT ALLOWED into the venue. Smartphones will be allowed to record and take photos during the performance.
Gifts: While Eric appreciates your love and support, we must respectfully decline any gifts.
 Unfortunately, we simply do not have the manpower to ensure that your gifts are safely passed on to Eric. Thank you for your understanding.

VIP MEET &amp; GREET
When/Where: Immediately following the performance, VIP ticket holders will be directed to
 a designated area inside the venue for the meet &amp; greet. Please comply with security and staff
 members so that we can process this event in an orderly fashion. The VIP meet &amp; greet and
 photo will end approximately 1 hour after the end of the show.

VIP Photos: VIP ticketholders will get a picture with the Artist in groups of 5. For clarity, this
 means the Artist + 5 VIP ticket holders in each photo. Photos will be taken by a professional
 photographer and uploaded onto Eric Nam’s website ericnam.com within 48-72 hours of the
 show.

 There is STRICT CURFEW at the venue that we must adhere to, so we respectfully ask the
 following: Please DO NOT ask for the photo to be taken on your personal camera, phone, or for
 a selfie. Please DO NOT ask the Artist for special requests, hugs, kisses, etc.
 VIP Exclusive Merchandise: VIP ticketholders will be handed their exclusive merchandise
 immediately after the photo with the Artist.
