No experience required !!. We encourage all skill levels to join us and learn the art of tempering chocolate and rolling truffles.

Yes, Children over the age of 10 are allowed in this class with a paid adult ticket to supervise. All minors must have an adult present to participate in this class.

The class is held at the YWCA community kitchen in Calgary. This gourmet professional kitchen was desgned to host classes and is superiour with naural light, state of the art appliances ambiance. Please come through the main doors and down the hall to the right.

The YWCA community kitchen is located at 1715 17 Ave SE, Calgary, AB. Located in Inglewood. There is a parking lot atatched to the building that is free on weeekends or street parking is avaialbe.

Do I need to bring anything ot the class

Accepted Answer

Please bring your own apron to the class to keep your clothes clean. Aprons will not be provided.  All other tools, gloves and suppleis are provided.
