The HEALTH ACADEMY at HAPPY NUTRITION is a new concept designed to empower participants to take control of their family health. It is an interactive learning place that bridges the gap between families and holistic health practitioners who are looking to support you on your journey to optimal health.You will get the information and advice you need to make your family healthier and happier as well the practical tools to reach your health goals. Each class is a unique combination of education, health coaching (with some hands-on homework included) and inspiration to make lifestyle changes.
