Werklab is a holistic wellness + cowork community with a shared sense of purpose. Our experiences are rooted in a deepening of our connection to self. Every experience that we house at Werklab is created with conscious intention and led by curated industry thought-leaders. We believe that when you do the "werk" within, what you put out is the right work you’re meant to be doing, and what the world is in need of.We acknowledge that the land on which we gather, work, and connect is the unceded territory of Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We are grateful uninvited guests on their land.Our experiences listed below are ticketed and open to the public, all humans are welcome.

The Rhythms of LivingEmbark on a transformative journey with Beverly Akhurst's complimentary introductory class, "Rhythms of Living," offering an immersive experience featuring an opening circle, grounding exercises, 1 hour of guided movement with sound, and an exclusive sneak peek into Ritam rhythm cycles. This free introductory session serves as a preview of Beverly's upcoming series, starting in January 2024, consisting of four monthly classes. Join us for this unique opportunity to explore the rhythms of life and provide valuable guidance. What to BringComfortable clothing, journal, and any supportive tools you desire. Yoga mats and blocks are provided. Event DetailsTime: 5-7 PM Location: Werklab Inc. #290, 1275 Venables St. (Please use the bright blue door, go to the second floor, and turn right.
