A great course for NEW board members looking to quickly establish a solid foundation of knowledge and be effective participants in their condo board meetings. An introductory session to help outline and clarify the responsibilities of the Condominium Board to properly execute the administration, financial and governance aspects of the Corporation. We will address several Best Practices for you to review with your board members and consider implementing. Take advantage of the networking session and meet others who may be able to share first-hand knowledge of similar challenges that you may be experiencing.This seminar is $10 to all paid CCI members; however, non-members may enroll at a cost of $50.00/person + GST. (Limit of 4 registrations/condominium or company for each session.) If you're new to your board, take this course and hit the ground running!
