This is a for a 4-hour day retreat that is guarunteed for you to discover how to properly tune in to your bodies answers to all your lifes callings.Transformative guided medtiation exercises proven to go deep into the subconscious mind that will allow you to understand what your body intuitively needs to heal, go forward with a decision and give energy.Three speakers focusing on how you can apply this tuning from mental/physical health, business and personal development and skin care.For the busy entrepreneur that wants to find new tools to gain perspective or those who want to find new tools to get in touch with the deeper side of their being, this retreat will be a life changing event you will never forget. He is a registered social worker and personal trainer. With his holistic approach, you are able to explore and include all parts of yourself to heal and live a life of purpose.
