Mapping is a recognised core practice of systemic design. The practice originated with gigamapping at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design around 2006, with the work of Birger Sevaldson.

Researchers are invited to share their systemic design maps and exhibits via the systemic design repository, RSDsymposium.org. This year brings the number of mapping projects and exhibits to 140 articles.

How can I contribute my work to the repository?

Accepted Answer

Every year, there’s a call for maps and exhibits as part of the Relating Systems Thinking and Design symposium. RSD13 will be hosted by the Oslo School of Architecture and Design in October 2024. The call for papers is open, and we will announce the call for maps and exhibits in the spring.
