<p>In the dull days of winter there is no lovelier space than a greenhouse! This winter come and experience something new with our Wellness sessions in the Sanctuary. Houseplants for mental health, soothing waterfalls, movement and breath… sounds like the perfect combination to beat the winter blues!</p><p>Duration of Class: 1 hour</p><p><br></p><h5>What to Bring:</h5><ul><li>Yoga Mat</li><li>Comfortable Clothing</li><li>Pillow/Bolster</li><li>Water Bottle</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Take relaxation to a whole new level this winter with yoga in the greenhouse. We’ll begin with gentle flow yoga to release tension and stress, breath practices to calm the body and mind, followed by soothing restorative yoga to leave grounded and relaxed. Please bring a pillow, blanket, and/or bolster to use for support and comfort in restorative poses.<br><br>This practice is suitable for those new to yoga, beginners and all abilities.</p><h2><br></h2>
