The Twelve Days of Crafting is a CRAFT LOCAL 101 Pop Up offering workshops and handmade shopping opportunities November 23 - December 7 in an abandoned toy store at 360 Main Street Wolfville, NS.We offer a variety of affordable art classes and workshops for both kids and kids-at-heart. Creative opportunities are entry level and for everyone, no previous experience required. We also can accommodate private group bookings!The event opens with a Makers Market & drop-in workshops on Saturday November 23rd and then we have a small gift shop on-site.Be a part of filling this space with creative energy and fun this holiday season!CRAFT LOCAL 101 is produced by Annita Nichol Events; vibrant community events set to inspire, engage and showcase our local makers-sphere.

Hand Embroidery Workshop with Colleen Conrad of Bella Love Designs

Join us to create your own 4" ornament with a holiday themed design using simple embroidery stitches. Students will learn how to prep fabric, 3 basic embroidery stitches, and how to finish & frame your embroidery within the hoop.
This class is entry level for students at least age 13 and up.
About the Instructor: 
Hi lovelies! I’m Colleen, the owner and artisan of Bella Love Designs. I’ve been stitching most of my life, and have lots of experience teaching stitching, including teaching for The Olds College Fashion Institute in Calgary. I’m also an official teacher for Wonderfil’ Thread Company. I’ll be showing you how to make some cute, easy ornaments this holiday season. Come join me!
